Our services are offered on a month-to-month recurring contract basis. You may cancel the subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice.
Intellectual Property:
Upon signing the contract, you agree that we retain rights to all marketing materials and landing pages, business videos created for you. If you cancel the contract, we may deactivate or remove these pages.
9. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments:
For monthly and fixed-price contracts, payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed. The payment date is the billing or signup date.
Billing Cycle:
Charges for the next service month will be applied after issuing the monthly keyword report.
Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable for month-to-month service agreements.
No Refunds for Month-to-Month Services:
Refunds will not be issued for month-to-month services such as Google Business Profile optimization, SEO, and Ads campaign monthly services. This policy is in place because:
- Our team starts working on various aspects of your service platform immediately upon your order.
- Resources and team members are dedicated to your project as per the service guidelines.
- These services are offered at a low budget compared to the market.
If you change your mind or decide not to proceed for any reason, a refund will not be available for these specific services.
Refund Eligibility for other services:
If there’s an issue with the product or subscription you purchased, you have 7 days to request a refund. For services like website development or design, please notify us of any issues in writing within 5 business days of the service start date.
- We’re not responsible for code optimization, site speed, or SEO issues unless you’ve purchased our SEO services.
- We can’t guarantee performance on uncommon devices with unusual dimensions or pixel ratios.
- Unless you’ve purchased our image optimization services, we’re not responsible for optimizing images provided by you.
- Any copyright issues or user experience problems from your provided design, content, or images are not our responsibility.
- We’re not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services or plugins.
- Contact Us: Email us within the eligible period (7 days for products, 5 business days for services) explaining the issue.
- Review: We’ll review your request based on the guidelines above.
- Approval: If everything checks out, we’ll approve your refund.
- Refund Issued: Your refund will be processed within 30 business days. We’ll notify you once it’s done.
10. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
